The Role
n

Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on machinery, equipment, and production lines to ensure optimal performance.
n
Diagnose and resolve mechanicalissues to minimise downtime and production interruptions.
n
To execute a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce equipment failures and extend their lifespan.
n
Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring they are properly integrated into existing systems.
n
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety standards and protocols,



promoting a safe work setting.
n
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and parts inventory.
n
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest upgrades or modifications to enhance equipment efficiency.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
n
Strong
mechanicalaptitude.
n
Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for industrial machinery.
n
Understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
n
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
