With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are looking to bring on a driven Site Supervisor to join a supportive and collaborative team. Your recent role
n
Due to a solid influx of new projects, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to $5M. Reporting into an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will play a key role on site, driving productivity, maintaining quality control, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed

Trade-qualified background within construction
n
Previous experience supervising commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
n
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Sound understanding of site safety and quality requirements
n
Stable employment history and positive industry references
n
Ability to work rostered Saturdays as required
n
