About the Role

We are looking for a Wealth Advisor to focus on the Chinese high-net-worth community in Australia.
n
This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture, mindset, and network dynamics of Chinese clients, and is passionate about building long-term, trust-based relationships.

What You'll Do
n
n
Develop and manage relationships within the Chinese community in Australia
n
Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, including business owners and professionals
n
Understand clients' cross-border needs, including wealth planning and global asset allocation
n
Build strong referral networks within the Chinese ecosystem (e.g. accountants, migration agents, legal advisors)
n
Deliver consistent, high-quality client service and long-term relationship management
n
Support community-based events and client engagement initiatives
n




Ensure all activities align with local regulatory and compliance requirements
n

What We're Looking For
n

Experience in wealth management, private banking, insurance, or related financial services
n
Strong connection to the Chinese community in Australia
n
Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship building
n
Good understanding of high-net-worth client needs, especially cross-border considerations
n
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
n
High integrity and robust awareness of compliance standards
n

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network within Chinese business or professional communities
n
Experience serving Chinese high-net-worth clients
n
Familiarity with cross-border wealth planning concepts
n
Relevant financial qualifications or licensing (or willingness to obtain)
