A well-established construction group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team. You'll be working across a range of commercial projects, managing contracts from pre‐construction through to handover. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick‐paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Managing projects from early procurement through to completion and defect liability.
n
Attending design and site coordination meetings.
n
Ensuring compliance with building specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.
n
Conducting tender interviews, subcontractor negotiations, and contract letting.
n
Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
n




Preparing and maintaining detailed programs and monthly progress reports.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, ideally within the commercial construction sector.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Contracts Administration, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
n
Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and within a team.
n
