About the role
n
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery across our high-profile NDS Program. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer's specifications, budget and timeframe requirements.
n
Reporting to regional program director, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle.
n
Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to:
n
n
coordinating project milestones to align with available resources
n
measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgets
n




financial reporting for executive review
n
assisting with bids & proposals
n
identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementation
n
n
About you
n
To be successful in this role, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;
n
n
Proven experience in a Program Manager role
n
Knowledge of and experience with the ASDEFCON suite
n
Financial management and budgeting
n
Safety and risk awareness in project execution
n
Practised reporting capability specifically with financials, schedule, and resourcing
n
Supplier/sub-contractor relationship management experience
n
n
