Key Responsibilities

Oversee a major subdivision project from commencement through to completion
n
Lead site crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
n
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
n
Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
n
Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project milestones and client expectations
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
n




Robust background delivering large-scale subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
n
Extensive knowledge of civil construction methodologies and site operations
n
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
