The Role We're recruiting on behalf of one of Sydney's leading real estate agencies for an experienced Head of Marketing & Operations.
n
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing, operations and administrative functions of a high-performing sales office while supporting a successful team of Sales Agents.
n
You'll be responsible for ensuring the business operates efficiently, marketing campaigns are delivered to the highest standard and the team has the systems, processes and support required to perform at their best.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Overseeing all property marketing campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.
n
Leading the day-to-day operations of the sales office and driving operational excellence.
n
Managing and improving internal systems, workflows and business processes.
n
Preparing and overseeing listing presentations, sales documentation and agency agreements.
n
Managing campaign timelines and coordinating photographers, stylists, designers, copywriters and media suppliers.
n
Overseeing all online listings across REA, Domain, social media and digital marketing platforms.
n
Managing CRM systems, databases and reporting to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
n
Supporting the leadership team with business projects, process improvements and operational initiatives.
n




Providing leadership and support to the administration and sales support team while fostering a collaborative office culture.
n
Ensuring an exceptional client experience across every stage of the sales process.
n

About You You're a highly organised and commercially minded operations professional who thrives in a quick-paced workplace. You enjoy improving systems, leading people and creating productive processes that allow high-performing sales teams to succeed.

You'll also have:
n
n
Previous experience in a Real Estate Head of Operations, Operations Manager, Head of Marketing, Marketing & Operations or Office Manager role.
n
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, operations and administration within a real estate business.
n
Outstanding leadership, organisational and time management skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication.
n
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Experience using REA, Domain and real estate CRM systems.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
n
