About the Role
n
n
Project Manager vacancy reporting to the Director and Operations Manager.
n
Working on high‐end home construction projects up to $5m.
n
Office‐based role in Mona Vale.
n
Carry out site visits as required anywhere between Palm Beach and Mosman.
n
Salary between $120k and $155k + super.
n
n
Duties
n
n
Manage projects from tender to completion.
n
Client, architect and other stakeholder liaison.
n
Assist in the development of construction programs.




n
Support Site Managers.
n
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
n
Monitor and review Work Health and Safety.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
At least 3 years residential project management experience.
n
Ability to manage residential construction projects through all stages from start to finish.
n
Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and regulations.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‐solving skills.
n
n
