Drive the Vision: Lead, coach, and motivate a multi-site team of Store Managers to execute the BWS strategy and deliver our vision of creating a more sociable future, together.
n
Deliver the Strategy: Contribute to and implement BWS operational plans within the State and Area to ensure the overall business strategy is successfully achieved.
n
Shape the Culture: Communicate clear direction, strategy, goals, and expectations to build an inclusive and positive team workplace.
n
Collaborate and Simplify: Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences while finding ways to make things simpler for your store teams.
n
Lead Horizontally: Model horizontal ways of working as an Area Manager by sharing learnings, solving business problems, and scaling best practices to elevate customer and team experiences.
n
Champion Talent: Identify and develop team talent to build a strong pipeline for the future.
n

About you

Strategic Leader: Experience managing a geographically dispersed portfolio, driving operational standards and culture remotely.
n
Leader of Leaders: Proven success leading large teams within a retail or similar fast paced, customer focused environment.
n




Change Agent: Highly adaptable with big picture thinking and innovation, and able to guide and inspire teams through transitions.
n
Data - Driven Decision Making: Adept at using data insights to spot trends and enhance the overall customer experience.
n
Safety & Regulatory Leadership: Experience in regulated environments will be well regarded.
n
Mobile: Flexible to travel as required in the role.
