Salary: $160,000 to $170,000 base salary + super (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
n

Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs
n
Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders
n
Drive talent management, succession planning and career pathways
n
Manage graduate, trainee and internship programs
n
Lead diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives
n
Deliver engagement surveys and culture programs
n




Collaborate with stakeholders to embed capability across the City
n
Monitor budgets, metrics and outcomes across all programs
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for a organisation development/HR leader with:
n
n
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in OD
n
Strong knowledge of contemporary people practices
n
Experience in leadership, learning, engagement and diversity programs
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Ability to coach, influence and drive change across all levels
n
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
n
