The Role

We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across digital channels, lead generation, and brand development. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the digital roadmap and build a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable results.

Key Priorities
n

Revitalising SEO/SEM and expanding paid social and PPC
n
Building a future‐first digital funnel strategy - for more effective lead generation opportunities
n
Enhancing CRM and website performance, leveraging automation and AI
n
Structuring the right mix of in‐house, offshore, and agency resources
n
Driving brand awareness in emerging categories like internet and solar
n

About You
n
You're a strategic,



hands‐on marketer with a track record of scaling digital functions and delivering commercial outcomes. You thrive in fast‐paced environments and are comfortable working with a blank canvas.

Key Experience Needed
n
n
High‐volume B2C lead generation and performance marketing
n
Managing multi‐million‐dollar ad budgets
n
SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social expertise
n
CRM and marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
n
Experience in energy, insurance, e‐commerce, or call centre‐driven funnels
n
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
n
Entrepreneurial mindset or agency background highly regarded
n
