The Role:

Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple – just what you need, right when you need it.

We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Brisbane Airport. If you love customer service, fast‐paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

Availability for shifts 3‐4 days per week prioritised
n
Store operates from 7:00AM to last flight can be up to 1:00AM next day
n
Around ***** hours per week on offer!

What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
n
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
n
Keep the store looking vibrant & well‐stocked
n
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
n
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We're Looking For:

Passion for customer service & sales
n
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
n
Well-groomed & professionally presented
n
Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we'll train you!

Adaptable availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
n
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
n
