About The Role
n
This role will be responsible for providing Network, Incident, Change & Problem technical support to multiple customers in order to maintain the availability and security of the Network Infrastructure. The role holder also delivers work packages as part of customer implementation projects and can communicate basic technical information to non-technical people.

Provide operational network
(WAN/LAN/Firewall/Load
-balancer) Incident, Change and Problem management technical support
n
Awareness and adherence to Fujitsu's service delivery processes and methods
n
Address problems and issues that have major impact on business units
n
Work cross‐functionally to accomplish overall objectives
n
Others as determined from time to time
n

About You
n
n
Sound experience in
LAN/WAN/Security/Application
Load Balancing
n
Several years' experience in enterprise‐scale LAN and WAN infrastructure
n
Experience in vendor/outsourcing setting
n
Good skills in network technologies routing / switching (core and high‐end data centre devices), firewall management (Cisco, Check Point), load balancers (F5)
n




Experience using enterprise‐class service desk and operational management, monitoring tools and processes to deliver IT support services
n
Troubleshooting, incident management and change management disciplines are essential
n
ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management to foundation level
n
Must hold AGSVA clearance.
n
