Here at ProPharma we are continuing to expand our Digital Transformation group and we are now seeking a new member of the team based in commutable distance from Melbourne to work on a Hybrid basis.

In this newly created function, we are looking for a
Freelancer/Contract
Scientific Business Analyst who will be supporting a key life-sciences client on a full time basis. This individual needs to have a technical mindset and be able to work effectively with technology and scientific groups to reach a common goal.

The project will commence immediately; it offers full time hours and will run until the end of June **** but with a robust chance of progressing further.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Provide technical expertise on clients' global scientific platforms
n
Gather requirements, develop process maps, and translate them into workflows
n
Develop, implement, validate, and maintain scientific technology solutions
n
Ensure alignment with global governance frameworks and best practices for systems
n
Collaborate with internal and external developers for building and implementation phases.
n




Design and deliver training materials and sessions to encourage user adoption and standardization.
n

Skills Required
n
n
Experience with scientific laboratory workflows in the life science space - understanding of challenges in the space and strategies to address them
n
Experience in laboratory informatics business analysis
n
Business analysis (requirements gathering and documentation)
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong stakeholder and change management
n
Structured approach to problem-solving
n
