Site Engineer – Class 2 Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments (Tier 2 Developer/Builder)

We're partnering with a highly regarded 4 Gold Star iCIRT-rated Sydney Tier 2 Developer/Builder to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a Class 2 residential apartment development based in Campbelltown, NSW.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale Class 2 residential apartment project currently under construction in Campbelltown, NSW.
n
Projects typically include:
n
n
Multi-storey residential and mixed-use developments
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across site
n
Assist with short-term programming, sequencing, and delivery planning
n
Manage subcontractor coordination and site logistics
n
Monitor quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
n
Ensure WHS standards and site safety requirements are maintained
n
Review drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documentation
n
Track project progress and support reporting to the Project Manager and Site Manager
n




Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
n
Support project coordination from structure through to finishes and handover
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Engineer within a Tier 2 developer-builder environment
n
Experience working on projects within the $30M-$100M+ range preferred
n
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA, and site coordination
n
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
n
