What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 Health Insurance Sales Consultants
Drive sales performance through clear goals, regular feedback, and celebrating wins
Monitor results and use data to help your team reach and exceed targets
Build a positive, high-energy culture where people perform at their best
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development
Collaborate with other leaders to streamline processes and improve results
Manage escalations with confidence and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience
What We're Looking For
Strong background inhealth insurance.
Provenleadership experiencein a sales environments
A track record of motivating teams to hit KPIs and deliver results
Excellent communication, coaching and decision-making skills
High emotional intelligence.. you lift others and lead by example
Calm and adaptable under pressure
