What You'll Be Doing:
Your mission? Make every client and visitor feel amazing from the moment they walk in. You'll be the heart of the office, helping keep everything running smoothly with tasks like:




Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
Answering and directing calls
Managing shared inboxes and calendars
Keeping meeting rooms looking sharp
Supporting our paperless environment (scanning, archiving, organising)
Managing office supplies
Handling mail
Helping organise team events and office fun.
Support the marketing team with day-to-day admin, including social media posting, content scheduling and client communications.
What We're Looking For:
You're someone who brings great energy wherever you go. You love people, love helping, and love making things run smoothly. You have:
Solid MS Outlook and Word skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Great attention to detail
A proactive, "I've got this!" attitude
A friendly, team-first approach
Ideally 2+ years of reception or admin experience.
