To support our growth, we are seeking a Drill Maintenance team leader to join and lead a team of diverse / multi skilled Maintenance personal at one of Australia's largest Gold Mines.
n
Working an 8/6 roster and can be offered as a residential role of FIFO ex Perth
n
The role:

A great opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a leading surface drilling maintenance team at one of Australia's largest producing gold mines with a fleet of 17 specialised drills.
n
Be a part of one of Ausdrill's longest serving contracts.
n
This fast-paced role that suits a leader who always promotes and upholds a safety in all aspects of their work.

Key Requirements
n
n
A strong commitment to safety first practices.
n
A minimum 3 years' experience in surface drill maintenance
n
Be a robust communicator both written and verbal
n




Possess a strong problem-solving skill set.
n
A drive for continuous improvement in all aspects of drill maintenance.
n
A valid Australian driver's licence (preferably HR)
n
A current National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months)
