We are seeking a Test Lead (4 month contract), with a Finance background and experience supporting UAT and Production Verification Testing for Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning Implementation. Responsible for testing of systems to ensure delivery of Quality assured applications to production.

Reporting to Project Manager in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the QA & Test organization
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and maintain the test strategy and test plan
n
Work with the stream leads to define and refine test scenarios and related data to test functionality , integrations, Reporting and Deploy smoke testing and data check requirements.
n
Coordinate Testing - End to End functionality , integrations, Reporting and Deploy smoke testing for UAT and Production Tenant testing.
n
Lead the businss testing team and allocate tasks based on priorities and timelines whilst adhering to the overall Project schedule.
n
Track and manage defects using the JIRA
n
Collaborate with project managers, SME, developers, and stakeholders.
n
Report testing status and progress,



issues, and risks to project leadership.
n
Ensure all test activities align with the quality assurance standards and project timelines.
n
Conduct a test scenario review sessions with the testers which will focus on explaining the scenarios, expected outcomes, Workday navigation and the basic navigation of the tool used to track the testing outcomes.

Experience/Skillset
n
n
3-5 years of Finance test lead experience
n
Workday Finance or Workday Adaptive Planning Module experience preferred
n
JIRA and XRAY tool for test execution experience desirable
n
Ability to manage diverse testing types: system, integration & regression
n
Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to deliver timely in rapid-paced, agile project environments.
n
Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
