An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded national law firm, supporting a leading Employment Law team.

Your day will include:
n
n
Complex diary and email management
n
Preparing, editing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
n
Coordinating end-of-month billing and financial administration
n
Client liaison and confidential file management
n
Organising meetings, events and presentations
n
General administrative support to the broader team (2)
n
3+ years' experience in legal support or a professional services/corporate environment
n
Solid understanding of billing cycles,



finance processes and legal documentation
n
Polished, professional communication and client service skills
n
Strong organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
n
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
n
n
