The Opportunity

Due to growth in the region, we are seeking an experienced, organised, and motivated client-focused Site Manager to join our Shepparton team.
n
The Role
n
n
Successfully deliver quality Homes for our Clients
n
Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
n
Ensuring OH&S; obligations are met weekly
n
Ensure the quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
n
Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service
n
Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
n
n




About You
n
n
Minimum 12 Months Experience in Site Management.
n
Robust Ability to Manage the Building Process from start to finish
n
You are willing to be a team player
n
Motivated and driven
n
A customer-focused person with good communication skills and
n
a positive can-do attitude
n
n
