A$97,******/yr – A$111,******/yr (Base pay plus 12% superannuation).

About the Department
n
The Department of the Legislative Council provides innovative, professional, and apolitical services to support elected representatives and the democratic process.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Drive digital innovation and streamline processes to keep the Legislative Council connected and efficient.
n
Design and implement digital solutions to improve workflows and enhance departmental services.
n
Manage and update content across the Department's website and intranet, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
n
Support staff in adopting and using digital systems effectively, including creating forms and internal communication tools.
n
Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to enable evidence‐based decision‐making.
n
Oversee records management systems and provide guidance on related policies and processes.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Experience delivering digital solutions and driving business improvement projects.
n
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, proficiency in digital platforms and data analysis tools.
n
Clear communication and strong relationship building across diverse teams.
n
Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
n
Curiosity about parliamentary processes and eagerness to learn quickly.
