As the Data & Analytics Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in the technology industry, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
n
You will leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to advise clients on IT solutions, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities.
n
Key Responsibilities:

Managing, motivating, and coaching a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
n
Sales Strategy:
n
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
n
Client Relationship Management:
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing technical support.
n
Business Development:
n
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving sales growth.
n
Technical Expertise:
n
Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team and clients, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of IT products and services.
n
Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast future sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
n
Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales,



including lead generation, closing deals, and managing customer relationships.

Technical Knowledge:

Robust understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to motivate and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
