This is a specialist engineering position focused on the design, support, optimisation and continuous improvement of Cuscal's BMC Helix Platform.
n
About the role
n
In this role, you will manage, support and improve the BMC Helix Platform, including Discovery, CMDB and AIOps components; integrate BMC solutions with enterprise technology platforms and operational tooling; drive platform upgrades, enhancements and strategic improvements; design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using BMC technologies; partner with vendors and technology stakeholders to maximise value from the BMC platform.

Responsibilities

Manage, support and improve the BMC Helix Platform, including Discovery, CMDB and AIOps components
n
Integrate BMC solutions with enterprise technology platforms and operational tooling
n
Drive platform upgrades, enhancements and strategic improvements
n
Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using BMC technologies
n
Partner with vendors and technology stakeholders to maximise value from the BMC platform
n

Qualifications
n
n
Extensive hands‐on experience administering and enhancing BMC Helix Platform solutions
n
Strong experience across BMC Discovery, CMDB, AIOps and monitoring technologies
n




Experience managing enterprise‐scale monitoring, alerting and configuration management platforms
n
Proven success designing and implementing monitoring and automation solutions
n
Experience delivering highly available technology services in medium to large enterprise environments
n
Solid background in process design, governance and continuous improvement
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
