As they accelerate their commitment to sustainability and customer-centric innovation, we are searching for an experienced EV Strategy Consultant/ Product Development Manager to join their high-performing team.
n
This is a newly created and pivotal role that puts you in the driver's seat of the EV revolution. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Brand & Product, you will own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to go-to-market execution and continuous optimisation.
n
Your work will influence how Australians access, finance, and embrace Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), collaborating with both public and private stakeholders to deliver cutting‐edge, compliant, and customer-focused EV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product innovation and development from concept to delivery
n
Build robust internal and external partnerships, including suppliers and public sector stakeholders
n
Drive market analysis and commercial insights to shape data‐backed decisions
n
Develop pricing strategies that balance growth and profitability
n
Own go‐to‐market strategies, sales enablement,



and customer engagement tools
n
Champion training and education to boost internal EV knowledge
n
Ensure compliance and legal oversight across all product offerings
n

About You:
n

You bring proven strategic and product development experience within EV, automotive, energy or sustainable transport sectors
n
You have a background in sales, product, or marketing, with a strong commercial mindset
n
You're data‐driven, with the ability to translate insights into action
n
You are confident leading cross‐functional projects and managing high‐level stakeholders
n
Experience in contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and supplier management
n
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
n
