Job Description

The Electrical Supervisor will have the following responsibilites:
n
n
Supervise and support the night shift electrical team to maintain operational efficiency.
n
Ensure all electrical systems and machinery are operating safely and effectively.
n
Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance activities during the night shift.
n
Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and minimise downtime.
n
Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.
n
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
n
Document and report nightly activities, including maintenance and repairs.
n




Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills.
n

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Night Shift Electrical Supervisor should have:
n
n
Relevant electrical trade qualifications or certification.
n
Experience in electrical systems, particularly in the FMCG industry.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
n
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
n
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
n
Flexibility to work night shifts 10pm - 6am
n
