Maven Partners has been retained on a search to identify and appoint a partner within the External Audit division of a significant, multi-service international firm.

Our client is very specifically seeking a new partner or associate partner as part of their growth strategy. Our client has a surplus of existing clients, and so this role offers a "soft landing".

The role will be pivotal to the future of the firm's strategic value proposition, and will drive the continued growth and success of the external audit team.

Responsibilities

Manage an existing portfolio of audit clients - no need to bring fees across with you initially. There will be an ongoing growth mandate.
n
Manage, coach and mentor, a team of auditors.
n
Explore opportunities for growth within yours, and the firm's, networks.
n
Manage stakeholder relationships.
n
Seek partnership in the short term.
n
Become part of the strategic decision making of a progressive firm.
n

Requirements
n
n
Significant Australian experience within an external audit setting, preferably within a large consulting environment.
n




Excellent presentation and communication skills.
n
Strong network within the local market.
n
Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of audit clients.
n
Permanent ongoing working rights in Australia (please note this is a mandatory requirement).
