10+ years of experience in the testing domain. Exposure to Insurance Domain

Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests
n
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
n
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required
n
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
n
Track and prepare the test deliverables - Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary Report & Weekly Status report.
n
Guide team on preparing test cases, requirement traceability matrix and daily status reports.
n
Ownership of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status
n

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the testing domain
