Remedial Technician – Concrete Repairs, Waterproofing and Carpentry

WS Remedial Group is growing its NSW branch and is looking for experienced Remedial Technicians to join our team based in North Rocks.
n
We work across commercial, strata and remedial building projects throughout Sydney and NSW.
n
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in completing work safely, correctly and to a high standard.
n
The Role
n
You will work as part of the NSW field team across a range of remedial projects reporting to the Supervisor.
n
We are seeking a motivated and capable Remedial technician to join our NSW operations team.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
Concrete repairs and patching
n
Crack and joint injection
n
Waterproofing membranes and coatings
n
Joint sealing and expansion joint works
n
Carpentry and building repair works
n
Surface preparation and demolition
n
Leak investigation and repair support
n
General remedial and maintenance works
n
Setting up work areas, access and safety controls
n
Maintaining tools, equipment and work vehicles
n
Providing transparent progress updates to the Supervisor.
n
Raising safety, access, scope, quality and material issues early
n
n
About You
n
You will have practical building or remedial experience and be confident working onsite as part of a small team.
n




Experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:
n
n
Concrete repair
n
Waterproofing
n
Sealants and joint repairs
n
Building maintenance
n
Remedial construction
n
n
You will also need:
n
n
A current White Card
n
A strong focus on safety
n
The ability to follow job plans, SWMS and site instructions
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
n
n
The following tickets or experience will be viewed favorably:

Working at Heights

EWP or Boom Lift
n
Confined Space
n
First Aid
n
Experience working on commercial or strata sites
n

n
Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + superannuation (dependent on experience).
n
$15,000 vehicle allowance or work vehicle.
n
Fuel card and toll tag.
n
PPE & Tools provided.
n
