Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Client Manager in managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information
n
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
n
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
n
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial data, correspondence, and project documentation
n
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices
n
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
n
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and setting up client accounts
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Australian accounting / client-facing role in a public practice or accounting firm
n
Proficiency in accounting software Xero
n
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
n
High level of integrity and professionalism

Strong customer service orientation
