Work alongside your team to support members with a broad range of commercial disputes enquiries.
n
Provide strategic legal guidance on complex or high-value matters.
n
Oversee and coordinate follow-on legal work delivered to members.
n
Ensure legal matters are appropriately scoped, prioritised and progressed.
n
Support and guide junior lawyers working on member matters.
n
Act as a trusted adviser to members, helping them navigate legal issues as their businesses grow.
n
Collaborate with legal teams across LegalVision to deliver seamless client outcomes.
n
Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and enhance the value delivered through our membership offering.
n

Requirements
n
n
Australian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE experience in commercial disputes in a private practice setting.
n
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and build strong client rapport.
n
Assisted in advising clients on litigation strategy, assessing case merits,



and supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budget forecasts.
n
Excited to utilise technical legal skills in a more commercial role.
