Our client is an award-winning builder known for the delivery of construction projects in the high end residential sector. With an attractive pipeline in the class 2 space and well established team in Sydney, you'll be working across complex programs.
n
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion. This role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
n
As Project Manager, you'll have autonomous control over projects from pre-construction stage through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered with maximum profitability and efficiency.
n
You must've had full delivery experience of class 2 residential projects to be considered for this position.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Take full ownership of projects from design development through to practical completion
n
Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction programmes to ensure projects run smoothly
n
Manage consultants,



subcontractors, and site teams to align with project objectives
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders
n
Proactively monitor risks, compliance, and quality systems, addressing issues as they arise
n
Prepare and present monthly progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates
n
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are consistently applied
n
Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to deliver high-quality results
n

Qualifications and Requirements
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
n
Minimum of 5 + years' experience in a Project Manager role within Class 2 projects
n
Experienced in delivering high-rise residential projects or Industrial projects
n
Robust understanding of the Sydney construction market
n
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, including contract administration and reporting capabilities
n
n
