We are seeking an experienced Pronto System Administrator to take full ownership of our ERP ecosystem. This is not just a maintenance role. You will be our strategic go-to expert, driving system performance, engineering smarter workflows and delivering qualified, high-impact support across our business units. What You will Do (overall):

Manage daily operations, system health and performance tuning of our Pronto ERP.
n
Lead integrations with the drive in critical system upgrades, new functional developments and complex EDI integrations.
n
Empower users by delivering high-level technical support, troubleshooting and professional training across teams.
n
Optimise workflows by collaborating with cross-functional business units to translate operational needs into tech solutions.

What You will Bring:

Pronto mastery. We want proven, hands-on administration experience across core Pronto modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, EDI).

Advanced reporting tools and intricate system configurations.
n
Deep expertise in integrating Pronto Xi with other business systems.
n
Corporate professionalism. exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical logic and business strategy.

Proactive mindset. A sharp, analytical attitude focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
