Are you an experienced Third-Party Risk professional looking to join a well-established global insurance organisation operating in the London Market?

We are partnering with a leading insurer to recruit a Third-Party Risk Manager to play a key role in the delivery and continual improvement of their Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, partnering with Procurement, Operational Resilience, Risk, and senior business stakeholders to ensure third-party relationships are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end management of high-risk and material third-party suppliers, leading due diligence, risk assessments, and onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.
n
Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you will help strengthen supplier governance, improve risk processes, and support the organisation's operational resilience objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead third-party due diligence and risk assessments for critical and high-tier suppliers.
n
Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, incident management, and offboarding.
n
Identify, assess, and escalatesupplier risks and control weaknesses.
n
Maintain the Material Third Party Register and associated governance documentation.
n
Ensure all TPRM activities are completed in line with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
n
Prepare high-quality reporting and governance papers for senior stakeholders.
n




Work closely with Procurement, Business Owners, Operational Resilience, Risk and Compliance teams.
n
Support audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation activities.
n
Drive continuous improvements to TPRM processes, data quality, and governance.
n
Mentor and support junior team members where required.
n

About You:
n
We are looking for someone who can combine strong technical Third-Party Risk knowledge with excellent stakeholder management skills.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience within Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) in Financial Services.
n
Experience managing supplier onboarding and lifecycle governance.
n
Good understanding of third-party risk frameworks and best practice.
n
Experience using TPRM systems and tools (Workday experience would be advantageous).
n
Knowledge of PRA and FCA regulatory expectations.
n
Previous experience within Insurance or the London Market would be highly desirable.
n
