We're partnering with a privately owned civil construction business to find an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key role in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Australia.

You will build major civil and structures projects across sectors including roads, rail, bridges, pipelines, renewables, earthworks, water, sewerage, mining, airports, and commercial infrastructure.

What You'll Do
n
n
Support and lead project teams across civil and structures projects throughout Australia.
n
Create, implement, monitor, and review construction programs against contractual, commercial, and delivery targets.
n
Manage budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting in line with business objectives.
n
Work directly with clients to resolve technical, commercial, and scheduling issues.
n
Manage suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors across schedule of rates and/or lump sum environments.
n
Compile and administer contracts in line with the company's project management approach.
n
Implement corrective actions to support efficient use of plant, labour, and hired resources.
n
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, commercial performance, and successful project outcomes.

About You
n
n
You have experience with principal contractors and/or subcontractors across civil infrastructure projects.
n
You've worked across areas such as bridges, rail, pipelines, roads, concrete works, renewable energy, earthworks, or similar projects.
n
You have 10+ years' experience on civil infrastructure projects.
n
You have experience delivering self-perform works.
n
You can read drawings, interpret plans, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
n
You're confident with programming, cost control, procurement, quality control, and supplier engagement.
n
You have a strong safety record and take pride in delivering work to a high standard.
n
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline is desirable.
