Sublime Care is seeking a Snr Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Allied Health team of 25, with experience across the lifespan preferred.
n
What we are looking for
n
n
Minimum 4 years experience as a registered BSP under the NDIS Framework
n
Plan endorsement and Supervision experience
n
Proficient or Advanced level
n
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing
n
Solid working knowledge of Restrictive Practices under the NDIS Framework
n
Expert ability to identify the "why" behind behaviours of concern and conduct comprehensive assessments and reports
n
Ability to create, implement and review behaviour support plans using evidence-based practice
n
First Aid Certificate
n
COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum two)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working with Children Check
n
n

Above award salary from $100,000-$120,000 + super based on experience/skill set

Monday to Friday - no after hours, no weekends!

MDT approach to therapy - consult with OTs, Speechies, Physios, and Registered Nurses
