We are now looking to expand our bench with a construction lawyer with defence experience to support a leading international property and construction group with a solid track record delivering complex urban regeneration, infrastructure, commercial, residential, and social infrastructure projects.
n
As a construction lawyer with defence experience, you will need to:
n
n
Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of construction contracts (including defence infrastructure delivery contracts, D&Cs;, contractor agreements, subcontracts and supply agreements, JV agreements)
n




Provide legal advice on construction and infrastructure law, including defence and government contracting frameworks
n
Support project teams during bid and tender phases
n
Advise senior stakeholders on commercial and legal risks associated with major projects
n
Collaborate with external counsel where specialist advice is required
n
Currently hold, or be capable of obtaining, an Australian Government security clearance (NV1/NV2)
n
