Join a leading law firm that offers a mix of front‐end and litigative & bargaining work. The firm is expanding its IR/ER practice and is looking for a mid‐level lawyer to work with two partners and contribute to the practice.

Responsibilities

Litigation and bargaining work
n
Advisory matters related to employment contracts and recruitment
n
Employment conditions, AWAs, and terminations (including dismissals & redundancy)
n
Development of employment policies and procedures
n
EEO and OHS issues
n

Qualifications
n
Will be a capable lawyer with a successful history in IR and ER from a front‐end or litigious perspective, ideally with 3–7 years of practice (PAE). Keen interest in IR and ER matters is essential.
