Marketing Manager – Lead marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social and online channels for an established menswear retailer.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, e‐commerce and e‐mail channels.
n
Own social media strategy and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn channels.
n
Lead retail marketing execution in stores, including window campaigns, in‐store POS and shopping‐centre activations.
n
Coordinate brand photo‐shoots with the creative team.
n
Roll out seasonal and promotional campaigns end‐to‐end.
n
Collaborate with e‐commerce, retail and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
n
Support influencer, ambassador and partnership initiatives.
n
Track, report and optimise campaign performance across channels.
n
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
n
Manage and mentor one direct report.
n
n




Qualifications
n
n
2+ years experience in a marketing specialist/manager role within fashion apparel, accessories or lifestyle for a large‐scale retailer.
n
Experience with multi‐location campaign roll‐outs and managing e‐commerce or campaign shoots.
n
Robust organisational skills, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
n
Creative eye and commercial mindset.
