The Role:
n
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be a vital member of the creative team, contributing your expertise to a diverse range of projects. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and executing commercial projects while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
n
You will oversee the team of Interior Designers, coaching them through the thought-led design process. Your proficiency in Revit and experience with client-facing responsibilities will be invaluable in shaping stunning spaces that meet the unique needs of each project.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts for commercial, hospitality and residential projects.
n
Utilize your proficiency in Revit to create detailed and cutting-edge interior design plans.
n
Deliver projects within budget, on-time and accurately.
n
Engage in client-facing interactions to understand their requirements and present design proposals effectively.
n
Coordinate with external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
n




Continuously stay updated with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative design solutions.
n
Deliver new business opportunities e.g. engaging with prospective clients and pitching.
n
Mentor and lead junior team members around project design/delivery.
n
Lead and manage personal projects in a professional manner
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
8+years experience in a similar role.
n
A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or equivalent experience.
n
Substantial experience in managing and delivering innovative design for clients which meets both the brief and budget.
n
High level of proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.
n
