Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This role focuses on supporting our internal corporate functions and our expanding UK business.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Provide accurate, timely financial reports, models, and analysis to business leaders.
n
Partner with the business to offer analytical advice and support on financial management issues.
n
Develop and deliver commercial solutions aligned with corporate financial targets.
n
Assist in preparing strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, offering insights and advice.
n
Collaborate on the corporate business plan and monitor key results through reporting and forecasting.
n
Conduct ad hoc analysis and financial modeling.
n
Identify opportunities for performance improvements in systems and processes.
n
n
Minimum Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
n
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
n




7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
n
Experience in a business partnering role within a medium to large ASX-listed company, preferably in B2B SaaS.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems).
n
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and stakeholder influence skills.
