We're looking for an experienced Emergency & Critical Care Nurse to join the dedicated team at Peninsula Vet Emergency & Referral Hospital. About the Role
n
n
Part -time position ( 36 hours) , with a rotating roster of evenings, nights, and weekends
n
Leadership opportunities available for experienced nurses ready to step up
n
A fast-paced caseload where no two days are the same
n
Work in a University of Melbourne teaching site, helping to train the next generation of veterinary professionals
n
n




About You
n
We're seeking a confident and committed ECC nurse who thrives in a busy, referral-level hospital environment.
n
You will have:
n
n
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or higher)
n
At least 2–3 years of ECC or advanced GP experience
n
Robust teamwork and communication skills
n
A positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for patient advocacy
n
Enthusiasm for continuous learning (and maybe even snacks and good vibes!)
n
