Position: Operations Manager / Credit Analyst
n
What you'll do
n
n
Oversee all loan submissions after they have been prepared by the broking or credit teams
n
Lead and manage Credit Analysts and Origination Support staff
n
Develop, Implement and review loan processes and procedures
n
Run daily meetings to allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress
n
Provide guidance on credit queries and process-related questions
n
Act as the connecting point to ensure loans progress smoothly to final submission
n
Distribute deals for processing through platforms or handle internally when cases require extra attention
n
Perform the final compliance and quality review before loans are submitted or handed over
n
Coordinate responses to lender conditions in partnership with analysts and brokers
n
Track workflow through to settlement, ensuring each file is completed accurately and on time
n
Oversee invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding client payments
n
Assist with hiring, training, and supporting junior staff, interns, and offshore resources
n
Manage and refine broker systems, including onboarding for new staff members




n
Implement improvements to systems and adopt new tools where needed
n
Contribute to business improvement projects during quieter periods
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
A minimum of 5 years in a credit analyst role, with a solid understanding of finance broking and self- employed lending practices
n
Strong, demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team
n
Proven ability to plan, organise, and deliver projects from start to finish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Highly organised with solid time management abilities
n
Persistent and resilient, able to push through challenges and setbacks
n
Dependable and accountable, with a strong sense of integrity
n
Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to go beyond expectations
