Overview

We are presently looking for two General Practitioners to join busy private practices in Adelaide. Both practices provide robust clinical support, competitive remuneration packages, and flexible working arrangements.

Locations and Practice Details

GP Opportunity - Southern Suburb of Adelaide, 40min from CBD
n
Mixed-billing, purpose-built practice with spacious consulting rooms
n
Robust clinical support with 8 GPs and 2 RNs on duty at all times
n
GP Opportunity - Northern Suburb of Adelaide, 30min from CBD
n
Mixed-billing, newly renovated clinic with a large presence
n
Strong clinical support with 7 GPs, nurses, and allied health staff
n

Remuneration and Incentives
n
n
Remuneration & Incentives (Southern Suburb): 30% service fee for billings under $20k/month, 25% for billings above $20k/month
n
$175/hr retainer for 3 months
n
$40,000 (FTE) sign-on bonus (2-year minimum term)
n
$10,000 (FTE) professional development co-contribution
n
Remuneration & Incentives (Northern Suburb): 25% service fee
n
$175/hr retainer for 3 months
n
$40,000 (FTE)

Work Arrangements
n
n
Mon-Fri: 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM (Southern Suburb) / Mon-Fri: 9.00 AM - 6.30 PM, Sat-Sun: 9.00 AM - 2.00 PM (Northern Suburb)
n
No fixed hours—work as many days and hours as desired
n
No after-hours or on-call requirements
n
Keen on GPs interested in after-hours care: Weekend/evening options available
n

Exemptions and Vacancy Details
n
n
DPA/MM1 area - 6-month exemption considered
n
Reason for vacancy: Two doctors going on maternity leave and one relocating to a metro area
n
DPA 6-month exemption considered
n
