Fetch is seeking a Customer Operations Lead, Claims to build and lead a high‐performing team in Sydney (Hybrid) or remote. You'll coach, set standards, and design playbooks, partnering with Product and Engineering to improve pet treatment and claims journeys with care and fairness.
