About the Role:

Our client is a major health provider committed to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare across rural and remote communities in Western Australia. Supporting a diverse population, including a significant number of Aboriginal residents, they operate a wide network of hospitals, health centres, and community services. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver rehabilitation and recovery-focused occupational therapy services in inpatient subacute or community settings
n
Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment and discharge plans
n
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to drive functional outcomes
n
Support patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness to regain independence
n
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and best-practice care
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Degree in Occupational Therapy
n
Experience in rehab, inpatient,



or community OT preferred (1+ year)
n
Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
n
Police clearance and relevant vaccinations
n
Full Australian working rights
n
