Our client is a major Australian law firm with a leading reputation.

Their Norwest office is now looking for an Associate level lawyer to work in their Corporate & Commercial team.
n
About the role
n
We are actively seeking an Associate Lawyer with expertise in corporate & commercial law to join a well regarded specialist team.
n
They prioritise personal growth and career objectives, while connecting you with highly skilled and motivated professionals.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Extensive experience in front-end commercial work and drafting transactional documentation
n
Managing business, asset, and purchase transactions, including conducting and reviewing buyer and seller due diligence
n
Advising on company structuring, drafting constitutions, shareholders agreements, and navigating Corporations Act compliance
n
Negotiating and preparing procurement, supply, and distribution agreements
n
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members
n
n
About you
n




You will have 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in PPSR, IP/IT and franchisor work.
n
in addition, you will have:
n
n
Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions with a well-regarded firm
n
Expertise in procurement, supply chain, and distribution contracts
n
Highly motivated with a positive, proactive approach to work and life
n
Strong strategic insight and critical thinking skills
