Project Manager – Microsoft Technology Projects

We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our client, a rapid growing company, who is ready to take ownership of projects today while building towards a Senior Project Manager career path.
n
You'll lead the successful delivery of technology projects across a variety of customer environments, working closely with technical consultants, customers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
n
About the Role
n
As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to completion. You'll work across multiple customer engagements, balancing delivery excellence with commercial awareness while building trusted relationships with clients.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple customer engagements.
n
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and governance reporting.
n
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
n
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors.
n
Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
n
Monitor project financials and proactively manage delivery risks.
n
Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
n
Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality,



timeline and budget.
n

Experience
n
n
4–8 years of dedicated IT Project Management experience.
n
Proven experience independently delivering end-to-end IT projects.
n
Strong project planning, governance, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience managing RAID logs and project reporting.
n
Hands‐on delivery experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
n
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
n
A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach to delivery.
n

n
Previous consulting experience, with the ability to work across different customers and environments, will be highly regarded.
