What You'll Be Doing
n
As an Urgent Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational success of our Urgent Care network by:
n
n
Coordinating clinical workforce requirements across multiple centres.
n
Responding rapidly to workforce gaps and operational challenges.
n
Building strong relationships with doctors, nurses and operational leaders.
n




Identifying trends and implementing proactive solutions before issues escalates.
n
Collaborating across teams to ensure safe, efficient and high‐quality patient care.
n
Managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
n
Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
n
