Job Description
Fulcrum is seeking an experienced property manager to own the day-to-day performance of two assets—a busy retail centre and a growing industrial estate—in Sydney. You will report directly to the Head of Asset Management and help shape how the portfolio is run as systems mature.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, leasing, and stakeholder engagement, drive cost improvements during live reporting migration, and build solid relationships with tenants and agents as the portfolio grows.
